Perfect 300 watt bass head

This unit sounds amazing.. EQ very effective, grit drive works well, volume wise it is loud enough for small gigs. I am using it with a mark bass 2x10 cab, very nice pairing.

Cool little amp

I say it’s a little amp but it handles well rehearsal and small gigs for stage volume but you’ definitely need to use the DI if you want to get heard. I almost always keep the volume at max. It’s not the cleanest amp, but that makes it cool for harder styles.I personally use it for punk and stoner with 2x10 and 1x15. The only thing I’m missing is a cab IR for the DI.

All in all a good amp, but I’d definitely consider upgrading to the V7 or V12

Not my cup of tea soundwise. I prefer the straight out clean sound. This works great for rock and if you like that ampeg sound.

Der Amp macht in erster Linie was er soll. Ich befeuere damit 2 TC K-212 Boxen. Selbst dafür hat der „kleine“ V3 headroom genug. Von Sound her gefällt mir sowohl der Bass als auch der Höhen Boost richtig gut. Der klassische Ampeg Overdrive kommt gut, hier muss man jedoch nicht zuviel dosieren. Der Vintage Röhrensound ist auf der vollen Breite sehr geil.
Über die Bässe, Höhen und die speziell Dosierungen Mitten lässt sich sehr easy der geeignete Sound einstellen. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der Lüfter, der hält sich mehr als nur zurück, so dass das Teil auch super als Übungsamp einzusetzen ist. Inkl. line in und Kopfhörer.
Ingesamt top Amp!
