I love Aquila strings, but not the Red Series. Weak sound, very fragile, stay away from the RED! Go for the Regular ones!

Lovely sound, a bit on the tinny side

I love the vintage sound, reasonably priced too. I prefer these to all the other Nyguil what is called strings from Aquila, also the feel is much more pleasant for me than the thick transparent nylon that makes all sorts of noises when you try to slide. I like the red color too.

I have never used the Red Series before, but it was lovely since the first strumming. The sound is good and the chord are soft, very easy to play, very high quality.
I addition to that, the red color gives a special look to your ukulele, it is pretty nice!

Cons: None!
