Behringer Go Midi Host

I needed to connect my digital piano which has usb out to my old sound module (which is over thirty year old) which has midi in. I was unsure as to this working due to changes & compatibility in usb/ midi etc. However this product worked perfectly well first time, I simply powered it using my mobile phone plug & cable, connected my usb in & midi out & was able to play without any latency either. The host box itself is quite small which is great for taking out & about. Really pleased with this product, so simple to use as well. Thoroughly recommended.

The Behringer Go MIDI Host is an excellent OTG solution for USB to MIDI DIN in/out conversion,and power for a MIDI controller keyboard/pad etc, all in one compact box,

It's purpose is freedom to connect direct or daisy chain to other MIDI devices, whilst remaining independent of the usual pc/tablet/app DAW hookups for power

The Host uses 2 x USB type C input sockets for the power in and controller cable, and it uses 2 x standard 5 pin DIN sockets for MIDI in/out connectivity

While it works, it feels very flimsy and brittle. As if it's going to shatter into a million pieces at the slightest touch. I am considering returning this but maybe I could give it to someone as a gift...
