Very good!
I bought it for my ESM Jazz mouthpiece for tenor sax and it works great! I would recommend it!

Works Good, but when i use my synthetic Legere reeds, then it is a little to big. And I have to put it at the very end of the mouthpiece so the reed doesn't slide off.
