Replacement G string for the EPS600 set

I carry one of these as a space G string to go with the EPS600 set (013-017-026w-036-046-056). In that context, and the fact that it comes in a sealed bag to prevent corrosion, makes this just about perfect.

For those who use heavier gauge strings, unlike some other manufacture's strings, D'Addario's don't seem to suffer from the same kind of tightening (like to noose) around the ball-end when you tune up to concert. (i.e. D'Addario are not assuming that the 026w is a lower tension D string.)

If you're looking for a spare string for a D'Addario set, you know exactly what this sound like. Recommended.

Nice balanced sound

Great string for the mid-section of the guitar's sound. Not too bright and not too warm, it sits nicely in the mix of all the other strings. It fits in nicely for chord playing without overpowering or getting lost amongst other notes and it sings sweetly and smoothly for lead playing, as well as having a punchy sound for nice distorted rhythms and riffs. I often tend to go for .026s in my string sets as I find they fit nicely within various alternate tunings as well as standard and don't lose clarity in lower tunings or become too tight when being tuned higher.

If you need a custom set of strings, don't hesitate and order some D'addario strings. When you buy these, you can be sure of:

-Sealed packaging, which provides great protection
-Awesome tone
-Consistent quality
-Long life
-Wallet-friendly price

There's really nothing bad I can say about these strings. I highly recommend to buy them.

Nice to have the single string option when needed

I have been using D'Addario strings for years now and it is nice to know that my favourite brand also gives me the option of getting single strings when needed.
Not cheap compared to a full set, but accidents happen and if only one string needs to be replaced this is still a viable option.
