Doepfer A-135-2

Great if you want a small system, but it gets a bit crowded!
Works how it should and has a nice mix output and clever selected mix output with attenuator control for both cv and audio input. Cascading design on the input (input 1 will also appear as input 2-4 unless another input is patched), but the cv input is not, which would have been a nice touch. However it can be set up, by using the jumpers on the circuit board, so that cv 1 is a global cv. Although that means cv inputs 2-4 don't do anything at all.

Einer der kompaktesten vierfach VCAs, zu dem ist das Modul ebenfalls als Mixer zu gebrauchen. Mit Hilfe eines Jumper auf der Rückseite, kann man bestimmen, was auf den "Selected" Ausgang gemixt wird. Dadurch ist auch eine Art Mischbetrieb möglich. Gewisse Kanäle mischen, die anderen als einzelne VCAs benutzen.

Da jeder Kanal ein VCA ist, kann der Pegel per CV moduliert werden. Dadurch sind auch Mischungen nach Art der Vektorsynthese möglich.

Ich benutze zwei dieser Module und hätte ich mehr Platz im Rack, wären es vmtl. noch ein, zwei mehr davon.

Fantastic build quality as usual. The jacks feel a bit looser than most Doepfer stuff i've tried , but cables will stay in just fine. The normalling function is super useful. Even works as an audio mixer, but better keep the levels low or the signals start competing with each other.
Fantastic stuff, an addition to any rack.

I'm using this so much I intened to buy another one.
the summed output is really useful to use as a mixer to save space or to help layer sounds using the channel outputs to run to effects.
Its nice and compact to get a lot out of a small amount of HP.

This is a fantastic compact quad VCA. I use it in some form or another in all my patches, and despite the compact size it's quite playable as mixer too if needed. Classic Doepfer quality. It's linear only but for the price it's a no-brainer!

Works super well and it is very easy/intuitive to use.

Very Handy when it comes to routing, mixing, and summing audio signals, has volume knobs for each input, a master mix output, and 4 outputs one for each in, pretty simple yet very effectiv way of modulating amplitude of the signal via CV. Wish it had more channels.

good price and only few hp's for these vcas, and since you will never have enough vcas...:-)

A great module that is instrumental to my workflow.

Nobody does it like Doepfer; at this price, size and quality... These VCAs are very responsive, I added them to my rack to control velocity mostly and they are awesome :)
