IMO this is just perfect. The right amount of stiffness as flex on a pick.

These were my picks of choice for a long long time, but now I have shifted towards heavier picks (also Dunlop).
These are good, but the don't have a lot of grip and tend to get worn and rounded a bit fast.
But each to it's own! These might be your picks for life, give them a try.
