If you’re looking for a very stable, sturdy hihat pedal that has all the necessary basic features (bottom tilter, tension adjustment, great clutch, smooth operation, …), then this is the pedal you need to get the job done every time without obstructing your playing.

I love the entire renewed 3000 series, DW did everything correct with this series, no need to go to the 5000 or 9000 series anymore. It’s a truly professional line of hardware.

I tried many stands, they always seemed clunky or just hard to setup. This thing is perfect. It has everything I need. It is solid, may be a little heavier for some people, but I carry them with me and its no problem so far. The stand fit in my hardware case. Another thing is it is very easy to setup the same way every time. I can fit them well with my double pedals. Very happy with my choice, definitely recommend.
