Ernie Ball PolyLock Strap BK

Comfy and well built! I have a lot of confidence in the locking mechanism, but becuase it is a harder plastic clip, i would be mindful if you have a matt or satin finish guitar, becuase i imagine over time the plastic couid rub against the guitar and wear down some finishes, but thats just me being overly cautious.

Very very convenient strap. The locking ends secure the guitar very well. The fabric is very comfortable and the length cap can basically be noticed. I will never use another strap after using this.

At last an extra long strap! Good for the low hangers and players with a bigger body mass. The locking system works fine on most guitars. I do not recommend it for guitars with a Bigsby or som of the old style Gretsch strap knobs. On most guitars this will do the job and last a lifetime.

The strap works pretty decent without any issues. The only thing I might mention is when you are playing naked without a shirt, the opposite side of the logo is kinda rough and the contact isn't pleasant on the skin. It hangs just on the chest area so I could say from experience that Ernie's balls hurt my nipple

Hello, I use this strap on my PRS custom 24 SE and it fits like a dream without any issues. As soon as I received it, I began to use it and boy, it hasn't let me down.....stays locked unless I remove it personally.
Pros: Great Strap / Classic Ernie Ball Look / Pretty tight fitting lock
Cons: Are you kidding me ???? Haven't found one yet!!!
It's a one time investment if you are a person that maintains their gear and it will last you, hence I did not mind the price :-)

This strap is pretty decent but you will, likely, have issues attaching it to a guitar or bass with a "wild" shape (heavy style).
The hooks are made of plastic and quite solid but, the way these are built, don't fit the position of the strap button most instruments I refer to have.

It works, it locks and it won't damage your instrument: The locking mechanism is solid with rubber-gummy texture.

Not the perfect strap though, as it is not 100% cotton and it could be 1cm wider, but it's cheap.

I use it in a 5 string bass (2 hours sessions) and no problems or complains so far.

I have a number of different strap lock systems on various guitars and this Ernie Ball PolyLock Strap is just about as sturdy as any of them.
Not needing any special strap buttons it is simplicity itself to use.
Just press the end over your existing strap button and give it a pull; it snaps into place and you're done.
It will not come off by accident.

Good construction idea, but the material of the strap is too slick for me, feels cheap, and ruins all the strap. Usable.
