I am by no means a fingerpicking expert and I got this to experiment but so far it's great. Be sure to check the sizing guide on the manufacturer's webpage. The ones I got fit perfectly on my thumb. I like the fact that they have a fine tip, good thing for articulation. Recommended

These are just as good - well, they're fantastic!
I have been searching for this kind of pick for about 50 years! I had to try 3 different sizes to get the perfect one, but I was able to return the other two.
These are VERY comfortable on the thumb and are great for both my guitar and banjo playing. I LOVE them!
