This is the case you are looking for. Holds bowlbacks. Even 100 year old bowlbacks. No ghost infestations. Does not fix the 7th fret issue, but it's a case, not a luthier. It's the case you'll transport the instrument in when you finally get around to taking it to the luthier.

Quality case for bowl back mandolins, it's relatively expensive compared to other options but you get what you pay for. Key locks are not great as is the case in most instrument cases but a good key lock would cost more than this case anyway...

I bought this case for an antique, bowl-backed, mandolin. It's extremely robust with a solid frame - perfectly aligned catches and room for a cloth, tuner etc. I was impressed by its build quality at a relatively inexpensive price.

Very well made and secure case. Pitty though that matterial is some sort of synthetic polyester - also the inside smells unpleasantly for that reason (I hope the smell will fade with time!). I wish Gewa made also theirmadolin cases in that natural flax-based material they use for some of their violin cases they offer. So much healthier to have around and nice to skip producing plastic waste since it is with current technology simply unnecessary.
