I cannot recommend enough these aluminum gotoh tailpieces to epiphone owners. It’s a perfect replacement. Much lighter and brighter sounding than the stock one. There is no real advantage in a locking tailpiece anyway. More important is a locking tune-o matic bridge and I solved it with a tonepros. Together these two work perfect.

I replace stock tailpiece on my Ibanez JSM10 and man what a diference. Much longer sustain, better action, beter low end. Fantastic product!
