Game changer for my studio space. I have a small studio and these mounts have saved so much space. I use them for Hi-Hat mic, Snare bottom and for attaching the kick in mic to the same stand and the kick out mic.

They are also useful when you want to use 2 mics on the same source, for example a ribbon and a Condensor on acoustic guitar. I would put the heavier mic on the main stand and then use the gravity to attach the smaller mic to the stand. Once aligned for phase you can leave and know they won't budge. It also makes it easier to move the mics together to find the sweet spot.
