All it needed was a typical setup and a pair of fresh strings. No nonsense, this guitar is an absolute killer for the money. Very beautiful overall and definitely looking like belonging to another price tier. The parts are of good quality in general (it is a steal for the total quality of build) and you can always switch the electronics (or/and tuners) for premium material anytime with a couple hundred euros resulting to an A-tier experience for a fraction of the cost. They only "downside" is that i am used to the weight of an SG and this thing is on the "bulky" side of the spectrum. Another satisfied customer Thomann. Great quality for the price and excellent service/delivery.

Late night purchase after a couple of drinks. Not sure what I was getting but not disappointed at all. Gigged it the night it arrived, straight out of the box. Sounds and looks superb. Have since fiddled with the action but that's all. Intonation was spot on and as I said action was good enough to play straight out of the box. It was pretty much in tune when I got it and that's got to be a good sign of stability. Everyone I know has fallen in love with this guitar. Highly recommended.........

The looks are incredible, flat out. Not a great fan of the 6-pt tremelo, so will replace with a 2-pt Gotoh or something similar. And I'm throwing locking tuners on it. But that's only because I plan to go super-aggressive with it. I'm split about the humbuckers - still gotta get a feel for them. But even if I replace them, this is a super model to mod off of... My only CST and the only one I would want. It commands visual attention for sure. Now to make it perfect.
