Tight, Clear and Surprisingly Refined
I’m using the this set on a Harley Benton Amarok Baritone tuned to Drop F#. I wanted a set that could handle very low tuning without feeling loose or losing note definition, while still being affordable enough to use regularly.
The .080 low string feels tight and controlled in Drop F#, and the overall set has a very solid, balanced feel. Palm-muted riffs have a strong attack, chords remain clear, and individual notes stay articulate even through high-gain tones.
Excellent performance for a remarkably low price.
