wanted to use this for my home studio

I can’t really completely judge this microphone since I got a unit that had problems with some crackling noise. I still think Lewitt is a very good company and this can always happen to anyone.

I am building my home studio and these are the pros and cons i have noticed in the short time of testing this mic

Pros:
- Bright and clear, which means it fits in a mix very easily
- Did not have time to test the polar patterns etc.

Cons.
- does not fit my voice, there is an emphasis in the highs and lows are smooth but very thin, which makes my voice sound “metallic”
- If you have a home studio and are considering this mic, it has a really high sensitivity, which means it doesn't also need a lot of gain to function), I think this model as well as the Flex are too sensitive for home studios and would recommend getting something with lower sensitivity

Still think this is probably a very good mic, depending on your needs and preferences.

Tolle Features, im besten Sinne klangneutrales, feinzeichnendes Mikro. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Möglichkeit der "Stereo" Aufzeichnung ist nett, um die Rauminformation im Zentrum des Stereobildes zu intensivieren, empfiehlt sich ein zusätzliches Mikrofon, beispielsweise das 440 Pure aus gleichem Hause. Ich besitze mittlerweile mehrere Lewitt Produkte und muss sagen, das ich von der gebotenen Qualität und Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ganz angetan bin.
