Stable and sturdy!
I have been looking for a good gong stand for my big gong (60 cm diameter) that was not incredibly expensive but would also be stable enough to enable "intense" performances.
I decided to try to the Meinl TMGS-3 and I am very, very happy with my choice. I already did some serious banging in the gong and the stand holds firmly.
The assembly of the stand was very easy and the result is a very sturdy stand, as promised. I can't compare it with cheaper options, but I can recommend this stand if you are looking for stability.
