The top and bottom are hard. The sides are well padded.
The inside pocket fits an extra head and other stuff.

Excellent Snare Bag for the road
I have this bag, like 2 years now and still intact.
Excellent for the road. Has one side bag inside, that you can use to store brand new heads, to change whenever you want.
