A good product but pray for not having any issue with thomann

The product is great but be careful of thomann, customer service lies all the time (when is the product gonna be in stock, a “manager will contact you back” which never happened), they live you for 2 months without any answer, do not respect the customer and can’t even take the time to apologise when they do a mistake…. The item is very well build and you can feel the quality but really pray for not having an issue with thomann…

I bought this together with the L-beam, used the notched edge sides on 24,75", 25", 25,1" (Ibanez SZ) and 26,5" scale guitars. Also has a straight side to place on top of the frets. I have no complaints!
