DCX Bass preamp/drive
This thing sounds really good. I was not as sold on the drive side as a lot of folks are, but this is a top notch piece of kit. It really is a make your whole rig sound better pedal.

Pretty good
Overall I think it's worth it, it's more of a "fine-tune" pedal rather than something everyone will instantly notice, that said, used as a drive alone still yields really good results.
