Thick, sturdy, and fast
It can certainly carry 3980x2160@60hz HDR with HDCP 2.2, even in RGB 12-bit mode.
It's rated as HDMI 2.0, but I suspect it's actually 2.1a (do not quote me on this). It does seem as though it supports more than 18 Gb/s of bandwidth.
