I bought this to replace a Fireface 400. I had the 400 for circa 15 years and only due to upgrading my computer and OS forced me to replace. This is an upgrade to the 400. Same excellence in audio quality, easy to install and use. I didn’t want to take the risk of buying a third party product and be disappointed. I can’t recommend RME highly enough.

Incredible piece of gear! It sounds amazing, TotalMix is super versatile and looks beautiful. I do wish that it had a knob to control the speaker's main volume though. However, this is less annoying than what I though it would be. It requires just a little bit of time to set up, but once you do it it runs smoothly. Also, the manual is super comprehensive. Great job from RME!
