From two cables one is DOA (doesn't work)

I bought two of these cables and one work and the other arrived dead (DOA). I never received a cable that was DOA. So this immediately makes me rate quality by 50/50.
The cable that works is fine. It's used for the pedal output. I don't hear any influence on sound which is great. No added noise or any other' issues'. Very good quality.
Connectors are very flat and it's good and bad at the same time. It's good for pedals but it's harder to unplug them from the audio interface which is flat together with connectors. In other words, not much space to catch the plug with fingers.
Overall, I'm satisfied with the cable that works. If the second cable wouldn't be DOA, I would give 5 stars.

Super slim plugs that help cram more onto your pedalboard, yes ... but not 100% reliable. I found them to be quite sensitive to earth noise and/or interference - sometimes producing noise if I tap the connector top or roll the cable between finger and thumb.
