Kurzer, zischender Sound. Schön hell und präzise. Besonders die AAX ozon Serie hat die richtige Mischung zwischen hell, dunkel. Ich mag den Ton einfach. Perfekt ausgewogen, frech und trashig, aber mit vollen Klang.

Das 10" O-Zone Splash ist - wie auch das 12er - ein echt interessantes Becken, da es nicht den typischen Splash-Sound von nicht gelochten Splashes erzeugt, sondern eher wie ein kurzes Mini-Crash klingt und das ohne irgendwelchen nervigen Töne beim Ausklingen. Auch die Ansprache ist tadellos, schnell und knackig. Was beachtet werden sollte, ist die sehr geringe Materialstärke. Hier ist eindeutig Spieldynamik gefragt, sonst wird man wohl keine lange Freude daran haben ;-)

Wer auf der Suche nach einem nicht alltäglichem Splash ist, sollte hier unbedingt antesten !
