Sabian 18" HHX Evolution O-Zone

I have owned this particular cymbal for well over a year now and it has always been and still remains my go-to cymbal for accents and wash-riding. In the past year it has seen many gigs and a lot of time in the practice room.

This cymbal possesses a harsh trashy sound that still fits beautifully into the mix. It has a longer sustain than a china, but slightly less than a crash - a feature which I love about it! It is part of Sabian's HHX Evolution line developed with Dave Weckl. The HHX line features a slightly brighter tone in comparison to the Legacy series.

This is a very well manufactured cymbal and you can feel and see the quality of the product. It is very thin and has a beautiful buttery feel to it when you are crashing on it. I've been playing with it for quite some time now and I can testify that this thing can take a real beating!

Overall a beautiful cymbal with the ability to fit into anyone's set up. I highly recommend checking it out!

---Ehrenmitglied---
...das als langjähriges Mitglied unserer Rock-Band als Hauptcrash(2007-2017) und Nebencrash der seit 2017 gegründeten Post-Grunge Band "Vertilizar" tätig war.

Für seinen ehrenvollen Einsatz wurde dem Crash das Vereinsehrenzeichen in Gold und die Rockernadel der Stadt Wels (OÖ) verliehen.

Wir verneigen uns vor unserem liebsten Evolution O-Zone Crash, dessen Qualitäten uns allen Vorbild war.

Une très belle cymbale

Je suis très satisfait du son de cette cymbale. Coût un peu élevé, mais elle vaut son prix; je trouve qu'elle chante mieux que des modèles moins chères.
Entre une chinoise et une crash, elle a un son bien à elle.
Elle est également de bonne fabrication, je n'ai pas peur qu'elle se brise sous un coup trop appuyé.

Omistin ennestään HHX Evolution -sarjan haikat ja riden sekä HHXtreme -crashin, joten ajattelin tämän istuvan hyvin joukkoon. Ja niinhän se tekikin. Pellissä on chinamaisempi soundi kuin HHXtremessä, mutta soi silti riittävän pitkään. Syttyy mukavasti kevyemmälläkin lyönnillä. Sopii siis hyvin monenlaiseen menoon. Laatu on luonnollisesti priimaa. Jos et kaipaa kirkasta perinteistä crashia, niin kokeilepa tätä!
