Perfect for what I needed and more
Bought this as microphone input for a vocoder where more spoken diction and frequency response were more important than a traditional vocal mic for singing. I've also used it successfully for some very soft vocals with a singer with a really deep voice. I can imagine it would be great for podcasting etc - not that I do - because it looks and sounds like a newscaster mike from the past. Really robust and good value for money.
