Habe mir das Teil gekauft, um den Preis der Gesamtbestellung aufzustocken ;-) ... aus jux und tollerei und mal zum Ausprobieren.
Ich nutze ihn, wenn ich gerade nicht mit dem Saxophon üben kann , wegen Uhrzeit oder weil unterwegs. Ist für mich zuächst mal eine Spielerei - wie kann ich den Ball bewusst bewegen - mit der ich mich von Konzentrationsarbeit kurz entspannen kann. Zudem kann ich dabei auch ein wenig die Bauchmuskulatur, ähnlich beim Saxophon-Spiel, trainieren. Ich habe außerdem entdeckt, dass ich dabei üben kann, mal, tief (Sauerstoff) durchzuatmen, langsam und auch stoßweise - mit Ballkontrolle ;)
Im Vordergrund ist immer der Spaß an der Freud - beim Ballspiel ;-)
Zur Qualität gibt's nicht viel zu sagen; es ist ein schlichtes Plastikteil mit Styroporball.
