I was somewhat apprehensive buying a gig bag for a B&H Sovereign Euphonium but the old wooden case was just way to heavy to continually cart around. This bag is excellently made, the stitching is good and adds to the quality feel as panels are separated. The padding is good and offers good protection. There are excellent outside pouches for holding large music books and accessories, such a mouthpieces, cloths etc. There is a good shoulder strap and back pack straps, should you need to carry it. There is an additional set of rubber protection on the base which guards against damage.
I don't fit a mute in it and it would depend on the size of the mute and how much it protrudes from the bell.
it is not suitable for airline transport as it is a gig bag and not a hard case and i use it mainly to transport in my car to and from rehearsals and gigs without issue.
Overall, I am very happy with this product for quality, value for money and would recommend it.

Eine sehr gute Tasche!
Hatte eigentlich ein Hardcase für mein Euphonium gesucht, musste aber feststellen, dass dies doch eine größere Investition werden würde... Darum bin ich auf ein Softcase ausgewichen und hatte bei diesem Preis schon erwartet, dass es nicht sooo stabil sein würde. Doch das Futter gibt einen wirklich sehr guten Schutz gegen Stöße und das Instrument passt ganz genau hinein, sodass es auch nicht in der Tasche herumrutschen kann. Die zusätzlichen Fächer und die Außentasche sind sehr geräumig, sodass ich alles Equipment bequem darin verstauen kann. Auch das Design gefällt mir.
Wieder einmal ein Top Produkt, mit super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, aus dem Haus Thomann!
