Great for lead & all commercial Work

The ideal set up with a shallow Warburton top will give you the right sound and projection for the job in hand. Not a good idea for those who use a lot of pressure.

No. 3 Backbore

I played on the #3 on Eb Soprano for a while and with the KT backbore on trumpet. Everyone is different, but I find the tighter backbore gives me more security in the entire range without sacrificing volume or intonation. The sound is actually more suited to lead trumpet - cuts through the section with an S or shallower top.
