Die Shekere ist ein sehr vielseitiges, ursprünglich westafrikanisches Percussionsinstrument und es bereitet viel Spaß, ihren Klang beim Spielen zu erleben.
Diese Version von Afroton fällt größer aus, als es die Beschreibung 'small' vermuten lässt, was auch völlig in Ordnung geht. Ihre Perlen sind aus Plastik, nicht aus Samen wie z.B. bei i.d.R. teureren Modellen, weshalb die Rassel ggf. etwas weniger natürlich klingt (hierzu fehlt dem Rezensenten allerdings der Vergleich).
