A good complement to a minibrute but not a standalone rack

I have a minibrute and its a natural compliment…but as a unit on its own i would not recommend. The power supply on the left and the plug onto the power bus tale up 11u and you will need a 6u blanking panel. The lower row on my unit is misaligned, so you have to leave 1u free at each side and have a gap…and you cannot secure a 1u blanking strip in, on the left the units frame intrudes, on the right there is no screw hole.

Für sich genommen ist es ein solides Rack mit mehr als genug Steckplätzen und Stromversorgung und alles was es braucht um einen zweiten Rack Bruce oder einen Minibrute 2 anzuschliessen.Ich besitze drei davon und einen Minibrute 2.
Und jetzt kommt mein Gemecker:
So stabil und sinnvoll das Rack konstruiert ist, der Stand und die Anschlussmöglichkeiten sind es nicht.
Sinnvoll nutzbar ist es eigentlich nur in einer Position. Sobald ich, wie eigentlich vorgesehen ein weiteres Rack oder den Minibrute verbinden will und zum Beispiel das Keyboard etwas angewinkelt stellen will, kippelt und wackelt die ganze Konstruktion und lässt sich nicht sinnvoll fixieren (nein brutale Gewalt hilft nie).
Besitze ich zwei davon, kann man sie verbinden, die Kabel herausziehen, zusammenklappen und der hintere Ständer dient als stabiler Tragegriff. Eigentlich nett gedacht macht das nur Zuhause Sinn, da es kein passendes Behältnis gibt, der den Tragegriff mit einbezieht.
Die Gewinde und die Schrauben des Tragegriff/Ständers sind sry bescheiden.
Mein Fazit: Das Rack selber wäre als reines Tischgerät richtig gut. Der Tragegriff/Ständer könnte auch gut einzeln als Extra verkauft werden, ohne in der Packung zu liegen (bitte mit besserem Design).

Débutant dans le modulaire , il m’a été très facile de monter le rackbrute . Également facile de racket les modules. Son inclinaison en biais , propre à arturia , est reposante. L’espace qui est laissé en bas est calibré pour caller exactement un keystep, une drumbrute impact ou tout autre produit arturia de ce format. Bref , un plaisir !

I like the colorway a little bit more than the original. The black sides do look a little plasticky but not tacky. It’s advertised as 88 hp, but each row can actually fit 89hp depending on the modules
