Jaja, früher hat man für den Preis schon 'ne Gibson bekommen. Heute steht Epiphone drauf, aber in der Qualität lässt sie nichts zu wünschen übrig.

Einzig zwei kleine Kratzer um das Binding nahe des Halsübergangs waren zu bemerken, ansonsten ist das Finish genauso schick wie auf den Bildern! (Aber Achtung: Der Lack ist ein ziemlicher Staubfänger).

Klanglich gehen die Humbucker nicht ganz in meine Richtung, aber PAF Fans dürften sich hier sofort wohlfühlen. Zu meiner Überraschung ist die Elektronik 50s-Style verdrahtet, und die Pickups sind 4-adrig, sodass ich hier auf kurz oder lang mit coilsplitting experimentieren werde.

Die Bünde kommen perfekt abgerichtet, sodass einem makellosen Setup nichts im Weg steht. Der Hals ist kerzengerade und nichts scheppert. Nur die Sattelkerben hätten etwas sauberer entgratet werden können; ähnlich steht es um die Bundenden...

Und Achtung, das Teil ist kopflastig! Warum der obere Gurtpin nicht seitlich am Horn angebracht wurde, bleibt mir ein Rätsel. Nichtsdestotrotz bekommt hier genau das, was man für 600€ erwartet, und noch mehr.
