The Osmose 61 is an upgrade to my current Osmose 49 so its really the same synth but with an extra octave, I guess the big question is - is it worth upgrading and my answer is a tentative yes, the 61 is more playable but this really depends on how you intent to play an Osmose, I use in mainly for leads so do I need an extra octave? probably not, however if using to control VST's then its a real benefit and I really believe when the editor is released 2026 the Osmose will really shine. I am very pleased I purchased the 61.

Cuando antes se utilizaban las dos manos.
Ahora para expresar el sonido electrónico basta con cada dedo para transmitir un montón de sensaciones de sonido.
Es el comienzo de algo diferente para la expresión , un sintetizador con un control dinámico fuera de toda duda sin precedentes

Great MPE gear

Perfect for leveraging the MPE. Has some minor nitpicks with cheap feeling knobs. As of today also its synth is really complex. Most use it as an MPE controller or preset machine. Its sounds are nice imo but I substrat one star here for no more intuitive alternative to synthesis… yet.
