Mixed feelings…

Bought this bass in January 2023.
It arrived safely and very fast. A hard case is very good, much better than I got in 2012 together with my first Am std Pbass.

Pros:
- light weight
- good balance
- great fret work
- nice neck profile and feeling
- great hardware and electronics
- excellent color (subjective)
Cons:
- the neck of my bass has a deadspot in the 5th fret of E string.
- the bridge of the bass was not attached tightly, there was a gap between the bridge and the body of the bass because of thick grounding wire.

As for the sound of the bass it is quite subjective as well and I am still exploring it. From the first feeling I would say it is full but a bit muddy and warmer than the tone of previous pro model. Boosting mids and cutting lows fix this.

Conclusion:
Good bass but I would not buy it without trying first.

Absolutne fantasticky. Jediny minus je prozatim o dost svetlejsi barva nez je na fotografiich. Muzete naplno hrat po prvotnim vyndani z kufru. Nadhera.

Einen Fender Jazz-Bass wollte ich schon immer spielen. Das Instrument erfüllt alle meine Erwartungen. Ich bin absolut begeistert vom Hals und der Bespielbarkeit. Allerdings kommt er soundmäßig nicht an meinen Alembic-Bass heran. Somit bin ich mit zwei 4-saitern Unterwegs. :-)
