This Fender model is absolutely beautiful in its Noble Blue finish !
I nearly dared not touch it when I opened the case and saw it...
Overall finish is perfect far better than all the Gibson guitars I've got.
It's my first Fender guitar - I started playing the guitar a bit more than 3 years ago with a Squier Stratocaster CV60 - and I have to say that I'm greatly impressed by this instrument quality.
The neck back coating is very nice and the feeling is like touching a piece of velvet.
I chose to decrease the strings action a bit - from 1.75mm on string 6 down to 1.60 mm on string 1 (at fret 12) after reajusting the neck curve with the truss rod.
(All the strings were set at 2 mm)
The S1 push button switch on the center of the Volume knob gives the possibility to select either the 3 pickups together or the bridge with neck pickups (depending on the toggle switch position).
