Eigentlich als Zweitbass gedacht und irgendwie wegen der Optik gewählt kam nach langem Warten irgendwann der bestellte Bass an.
Dir Sendung kam wie Thomann üblich sicher an.
Ausgepackt, begutachtet .... bis auf die schlecht eingestellte Saitenlage sehr wertig und vor allem leicht,,, ein top verarbeitetes Teil, die Zutatenliste spricht wirklich für sich. Warum da Squier drauf steht erschließt sich mir nicht.
Ein wenig Zeit wurde für die Einstellarbeiten für eine ordentliche Saitenlage benötigt, welche nicht von Hause gegeben ist.
Der Sound hört sich trocken recht hell an, in Aufnahmen war er dann aber ein Preci und konnte von den Mitmusikern nicht vom üblichen mit dem Split Coil gespielten FENDER Deluxe Active Precision Bass Special ( zur Zeit nur noch passiv in Betrieb) unterschieden werden.
Jetzt kommt nur noch der obligate D-Tuner und in diesem Zusammenhang neue Mechaniken ran.

Update nach fast 12 Monaten...

- neuer Fender Vintage Pickup
- Gotoh Mechaniken
- komplett neue Elektrik ( Potis, Kondensator etc. )

nach einem Haufen Bastelei kommt der Bass dahin, wo er hin soll ...
die klare Kaufempfehlung habe ich mal gelöscht und nenne diesen Bass eine gute Basis...
