Great for upgrading a mexican Strat to HSH

High quality pickguard with shielding over control area. I recommend shielding the entire pickguard for really quiet operation, especially if a regular single coil is to be used in the middle position.

Fit a Standard Stratocaster (Mexican, 2017) perfectly. Comes with protective film to be peeled off after installation for a flawless result.

i needed a pickguard for two humbuckers and one single coil and i opted for goldo and didn't regret it. Great value for money.

Not compatible with 90's MIA standard

I have a '91 MIA standard with the "swimming pool" pickup cavity and this pickguard did not fit because of the position of the bridge humbucker cutout. It overlaps with about 3mm of wood on the bridge side. Everything else is ok, all holes align but I couldn't make the humbucker fit without removing wood which I'm not fine with. Check under your pickguard before buying.

A Stratocaster pickguard that will fit EMGs out of the box

I was searching for a Stratocaster pickguard that could fit EMGs out of the box without the need to cut it.
Although I found no measurements, the squarish HSH shape indicated the possibility.
As soon as I received i tried it out the square emgs and confirmed they could go through the holes. Now my strat has EMG 81TW X, SAX and 89X :)

The drill holes fit almost perfect in a mexican player from 2023 (2 were very slightly misaligned, but i did not need to redrill anything).

The pickguard did everything i needed it to do. Fit EMGs, no redrilling, good overall quality.

Fit and finish is the same as the original fender pickguard.
