Harley Benton Fusion-T EMG HT Roasted SBK

This guitar is very very good for what it sells for.
Finally Thomann is selling a fixed bridge T-Style with a Roasted neck.
(I am also keen on the reversed headstock, aesthetically and ergonomically.)
It feels very comfortable and smooth to play, which is where i would give it 5 stars. The neck is excellent. The stainless steel frets have some pros and cons. Great for durability..but you’ll have to wear them a bit.. before they get smooth enough.
The lacquered black body with black headstock hardware looks stunning, imo.
The tuning stability is good.
As for tone.. well.. i am not a Humbucker guy.. so.. the EMGs are ok.

I will buy this one in a heart beat once they sell it with a vintage SS of SH pickUp configuration.
And i am being dead serious, here. This would be my N1 guitar if i could get it just like this, but with a traditional T-style bridge and PickUp, as well as a traditional neck Tele single coil, or humbucker.

If you are after a Tele in this price range, and you like the aesthetics..and HH configuration don’t hesitate. It’s solid.
Make sure you get a good sample, though.

Body: Amazing and beautiful, lighweight
Neck: Thick, beautiful and feels great while playing
Balance: Tends to pull neck downwards ( bad when playing stand )
Pickups: EMG very strong sound, I liked it
Electronics: Bad
QC: Bad

My experience: Had to return the first one that had qc issues like bridge positioned a bit wrongly and small visual details. The second one came OK, but after around 20-30 playings the bridge pickup is not longer working, probably electronics. Will have to send it back to Thomann.

My conclusion: I might be a bad luck guy, but guitar is very pretty and nice for the price and it would be OK to spend more 50 euros or so to replace all electronics with EMG electronics.
