Came with a broken neck

I was always dreaming about this type of guitar and has finally been brave enough to order one made in old Gibson factory in Kalamazoo by Heritage guitars. I read a lot about them and mostly the reviews were super positive. But was really unfortunate this time as the guitar came with broken neck. Due to the Russian customs specifics, I couldn’t return it without significant financial loss (Thomann was really helpful as always so no complain about their service), so decided to keep and fix it. This spoilt my purchase, but after the neck was fix, I actually fell in love with the guitar. The built quality and materials are extraordinary. It also sounds amazing, and the playability is perfect. Overall, I am pleased with my H-535, but next will be cautious and probably purchase the “Gibson style guitars” in person (not using delivery service).
