Best strings for the short scale Ibanez

I've tried a couple of other strings on my short scale ibanez bass, but none of the strings played as they should. If you go a lighter gauge, the strings get floppy. If you go heavier, the strings have more buzz to them. This gauge is just right and nothing will sound better on this base than these strings.

... I'll get around to fitting them (so ignore the stars for now - you have to click them anyway). I'm told they're better than the factory fitted ones and the little micro bass is still too new to work up a rage against it yet. So watch this space.

Maßgeschneiderte Saiten!!

Ich war angenehm überrascht, endlich einen Saitensatz für den Ibanez Mikro Bass gefunden zu haben.

Die Saiten sind optimal auf das Instrument abgestimmt:
Die Länge der Saiten ist perfekt, der Sound ist rund und ausgewogen, keine Saite ist zu laut oder zu leise.
Der von mir geschätzte "drahtige" Klang der Saiten wird von ausreichenden Mitten und Bässen unterstützt.
Auch die Stimmstabilität stellt sich schnell ein.

Eine textile Umwicklung der Saitenenden würde dem Ganzen noch das "I-Tüpfelchen" aufsetzen.

Fazit: absolut empfehlenswert!

Ses cordes sont spécialement fabriqué par ibanez pour la basse mikro short scale. comme d'origine elle sont montée dessus et que le son me convient parfaitement j'ai recommandé ses cordes en cas de casse ou d'usure. Satisfait de ses cordes pour le moment.
