A very good Reflexx alternative. As a person that has housemates, sound level is important for me and this practice pad is doing very well on that regard. I used "Sabian QT-14SD" as well (it is significantly louder than this one and has more rebound) and I would definitely prefer Meinl Marshmellow over it. I actually like the sound and looks of it as well.

I bought this, since I live in a household where even hitting a regular rubber practice pad would get me in trouble after like 3 minutes of using it. It works wonders, but you can do what I did before and achieve the same surface/sound by hitting a orthopedic pillow instead, which would be half the price of this pad, but to the credit of this pad, it has actual rebound unlike the pillow. So this is definitely a niche-scenario buy, but definitely works in my scenario.

Die Qualität des Pads ist sehr gut, wenn auch nicht perfekt. nach mittlerweile über 50 Stunden (ich benutze das Pad meistens vor allem fürs aufwärmen wegen des rebounds) merke ich an manchen stellen ein paar Risse in dem Stoff auf dem Pad, was allerdings nicht schlimm ist und beim spielen nicht mal auffällt.
