Mit dem Yellow Auto Quack hatte ich viel Spaß gehabt, das Tracking ist sehr gut und schnell, funkige Riffs klingen wirklich gut. Allerdings vermisse ich bei ihm einen Volume-Regler. Der BYAQ boostet das Signal ziemlich stark und man hat keine Möglichkeit die Lautstärke anzupassen. Schade. Sonst hätte ich ihn behalten.

b.) Schalter für Mellow/Bright absolut schwachsinnig unten neben Klinkenausgang angebracht und so bei nach Einbau in Pedalboard kaum zu erreichen.
Das sollte dringendst bei einer Neuauflage geändert werden!!!

Le petit sélecteur mellow / bright joue aussi beaucoup sur le niveau de sortie.
Bref, c’est une petite pédale dans le format et qui remplie très bien son rôle mais sur laquelle il faut passer un peu de temps.

Great build, not so great sound

I want to start of by saying that this probably is a good pedal and the reason for my dislike is that it just doesn't work good with my particular rig.

The build quality and features are great, easy to use and looks nice (as is true with all the One Control pedals).

It does not "sqawk" like I want it to and i can't seem to find a usable sound with my other gear. Might be that my guitar/amp of choice doesn't like the pedal. Could also be that the sound of the pedal just doesn't fall in line with my own preferences.

I normally like the One Control stuff but this one is not for me. Still giving it 3 stars for the general quality of the pedal.

Das Butter Yellow ist ein richtig tolles Ding. Die drei Regler für Bias, Sens und Decay bieten aus meiner Sicht hervorragende Möglichkeiten für das Klangbild. Und die Feinjustagen geben dem Spielfeeling und vor allem der eigenen dynamischen Spielweise auf der Gitarre noch mehr Spielfreude.
Egal ob mit meiner Strat oder die Ibanez AF, auf der ich richtige fette Saiten aufgespannt habe. Das Ding haut einen supergeilen AutoWah Sound raus :-)
