Der Stone Bramble Over Drive hat eine sehr individuelle Note. Er unterscheidet sich merklich von allen mir geläufigen, klassischen Overdrive Arten. Ich würde ihn als semi-transparent bezeichnen. Er hat schon etwas Mittenbetonung, aber auch einen ordentlichen Tiefmittenpunch, und mit dem Treble Regler lässt sich das optimale Maß an kristallenen Höhen einstellen. Englisch klingt das für mich eher nicht. Beim Gain Regler geht es sehr flott in Richtung Mid Gain Overdrive/Distortion Gefilde. Da gefällt er mir auch am besten. Im Low Gain Bereich stört mich eine sägende Frequenz etwas, die sich mit etwas mehr Gain aber richtig gut macht. Ein seitlich angebrachter Schalter hebt optional die Hochmitten an. So kriegt er dann doch eine englische Note, eher Vox als Marshall. Insgesamt gefällt mir der Stone Bramble Over Drive sehr gut, und er stellt eine interessante Erweiterung in meinem Overdrive/Distortion Repertoir dar.

Für jemand der von Zerr-Pedalen so keine Ahnung hat, ja auch nix von Amps, Modern, Vorstufen Cab-Sims etc. weiß....das kleine Ding macht Krach.nicht zu viel genau die Menge die ich mir vorgestellt habe.
Funzt auch mit Tenorsaxophon! ( via AUX send vom Mischpult zum Pedalboard ) Sopran hab ich noch nicht probiert, Altquerflöte puh eher nicht ;-)
Update: mit der passenden EQ und sonstigen Einstellung klingt auch mit AltQuerflöte und SopranSAX!!!

Efekty výrobce One Control jsou skvělé. Zvukem vesměs na vysoké úrovni. Malé rozměry, přitom však bytelné zpracování, předurčují jejich používání spíše ve studiu. Nová řada již bohužel nemá tak hezký design jako předchozí verze. Nové potisky jsou hůře čitelné, naštěstí kvalita uvnitř zůstává. Vyzkoušejte si je!
