Squier Sonic Strat HSS Black

For the price, you get an amazing guitar with exceptional versatility and a variety of functionalities that are easy to use. I am using this with a boss gx100 and a small Marshall amp (can’t remember what model) and it sounds great. However, it had some imperfection in its finish including few visible scratches and dings, and a small lack of finish in the neck near the headstock. The setup was okay, but I had to adjust it. The tuners were good but some have more friction than others. I just bought this as a project guitar to tear down and fit new electronics in because it’s more fun and customizable than an off the shelf guitar, but I am very positively surprised and impressed about the quality and tone and feel of the guitar especially considering how much I paid for it.
