Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut: Ein Verstärker der klein genug ist, um ihn gerade noch zu tragen, aber groß genug, um mehr Power zu haben als so ein kleiner Nippes-Verstärker, der oft in Anfängersets zu finden ist.
Für das Geld hat der Stagg viel Power und einen sauberen, störungsfreien Ton. Ich benutze ihn für Banjos, auch bei unsicherer Übertragung über den Steg gibt es keine Störungen.

Der Verstärker lässt sich leicht bedienen und hat einen guten Halleffekt, sofern man ihn einstellen will. Für den Heimgebrauch sehr zu empfehlen. In größeren Bandräumen sicher auch noch gut. Darüber hinaus dürfte es dann nicht mehr reichen. Das sollte einem aber klar sein, der sich für diese Größenordnung entscheidet.
