Uma maravilha no que toca a dedilhados, no entanto perde algum encanto no strumming, com e sem pick-up. Não deixa de ser uma Takamine, dado que tem todo o encanto visual e de acabamento incomparável. Ótimo para quem tem um toque mais bruto.

Great sound and comfortable to play

I was looking for a steel string guitar that would feel as comfortable to play as nylon string guitars, and would sound nice when strumming with no pick, and this guitar exceeded my expectations! I absolutely love it. It looks, feels and sounds great.

I mainly play bass guitar although started on guitar a long time ago. When I have decided to expand my guitar collection I spoke to some guitarists and most of them recommended Takamine and Yamaha. What attracted me to Takamine is that they specialise in this segment, Nex type body as I wanted to avoid boominess when playing at home and high quality onboard preamp. The visuals were very attractive as well.
When I received the package I was surprised how premium the guitar feels and the set up was spot on. I think this is my best quality to price investment so far. My wife often complements the sound of it and if I could describe it first thing comes to my mind is "sweet", there is no harshness associated with some acoustic guitars. Also slightly smaller body (not very noticeable) makes it great for home use as it's not overly loud. The wood tones are beautiful and eyecatching. To summarise I couldn't choose better.
Ps. there is a built in tuner in the preamp section so you can tune it perfectly without any hassle (I've discovered it later).
