A great small guitar

I was looking for a good sounding guitar that could fit my size. I tried the regular NEX body shape and though the sound was great, the size was just too uncomfortable for me. I stumble upon this model and I find its size is perfect for short people, it's light and easy to carry around. The neck and frets feel a lot like an electric guitar, which is great for me because I am mostly used to playing that. This guitar is a mini-NEX body and I like the sound of it, it's quite loud for a small guitar, it has a very balanced sound, the low end is quite impressive and the high end is not as bright as a spruce top, but I find it great like this. I loved the fact that it's all mahogany, I love the slightly darker sound, it sits very well in the mix. The preamp is a classic Takamine, a good Piezo preamp. However, the richest tone you get by recording through a mic.

Really good quality small-bodied guitar. Ideal for travelling / holidays. Acoustically the sound is small as one would expect. Electrics are top quality and the line-out sound is great. This guitar could also serve as a main guitar for a small person / child
