Craziest fuzz you can find

This thing is absolutely crazy. You need to put some time into it to discover all the sounds it can make, but once you do, you'll find a mean fuzz that's absolutely gorgeous.

For real though, the deafening overtone you get when you lower the stab and gate controls can be really useful if you want to cut in a mix.

Das Z.Vex Fuzz Factory Vertical ist die vertikale Version des Fuzz Factory Vexter, und ist ansonsten baugleich. Ich habe mich für diese Variante entschieden, weil das Pedal so besser auf mein Board passt.

Ich habe nach einem Fuzz gesucht, mit dem ich dem Klang von Nine Inch Nails nahekommen kann, und hiermit ein super Pedal gefunden. Auch Muse haben es schon benutzt. Man muss aber vorher gewarnt sein, dass das Pedal viele "falsche" Einstellungen hat, bei denen es sehr rauscht oder direkt Feedback gibt, was aber in der Natur der Sache liegt - es ist sehr extrem. Außerdem sind die Regler, bis auf Volume und Drive, überhaupt nicht standard, und außerdem beeinflussen sie sich auch stark gegenseitig, weshalb ich bei der Bedienung einen Punkt abgezogen habe. Das ganze ist aber überhaupt kein Problem, man muss sich nur ein bisschen hinsetzen und mit den Reglern spielen, und bekommt dann schon raus, wie das Pedal tickt.

Fazit: Für alle, die auf der Suche nach sehr extremen Fuzz Tönen sind.
