Safe and secure

I purchased this case after too many incidents with other hard shell travel cases, and I needed something that would be really secure on long haul trips. It is large and bulky, but not too heavy. It moves easily and feels solid and balanced. It comes with lots of foam inserts but it does not come with any information on set up recommendations or where to place the foam on the inside of the case. There is no information leaflet, no warranty information - no label or tags on it at all. (It also arrived in a box that said ENKI X2 which threw me!). The carrying handle indent on the inside is completely exposed plastic, with no insulation, and very near the guitars, which seems like an odd design decision.
