HEYDAY'S - Slide Cleaning Mop is a special tool for all trombone players, it offers effective cleaning of the moving parts of the trombone outer slides
When used together with HEYDAY’S "Clean Brass & Bronze" the inner slides will be cleaned from dirt, oxidation and residues and as a result they will slide noticeably better.
The mop can be simply screwed on the HEYDAY’S – Slide Cleaning Rod and can be easily and cheaply replaced when necessary

ONLY for small/medium bore instruments!

I ordered this Heydays system. It is excellent, but ONLY for smaller and medium bore trombones, but for my large-bore (.547) instrument, the brush/mop set is too small!
Internet research revealed that Heydays produce a SPECIFIC SET OF BRUSHES/MOPS for large-bore trombones.
This is not made clear at all by the Thomann website info. Perhaps you guys could please start stocking the large-bore brushes as well, and make it VERY clear that these brushes are UNSUITABLE for large-bore trombones? Thank you.

Tut das was es soll aber nur bei Posaunen bis mittlerer Bohrung

Das Heyday's Slide Cleaning Mop Gebinde besteht aus einer Reinigungsbürste und drei Mops die sich leicht und sicher über die Gewindeaufnahme mit den Reinigungswerkzeug Hedays Cleaning Rod verbinden lassen.
Die Vorreinigung mit der Reinigungsbürste und etwas Spüli fördert schon sehr viel Dreck und Verkrustungen aus den Rohren. Nach dem Wechsel des Kopfes auf Mop kommt auch der letzte Dreck herraus. Bei dem Reinigungsvorgang hat man nie Angst das etwas kapput gehen oder abbrechen könnte.
Ich habe jetzt 3 verschiedene Posaunen damit gereinigt und muss leider feststellen das Posaunen mit einer großen Bohrung (13.89mm) damit nicht wirklich sauber werden da der Reinigungskopf dann etwas zu klein ist.

Aber die anderen beiden mit kleinerer Bohrung wieder fast wie neu sind. Eine Anschaffung die sich lohnt.
